Online Dice would like to thank all of their competitors for being good sports and making the competition a genuine struggle to be the best. In 1996 the rpg web community accepted the Irony Game's dice server as their trusted roller but were dissatisfied with its limited capabilities. In 2001 WotC published their graphical dice roller for their Dungeon's and Dragons community to address online user's cravings for more dice rolling features and eye candy. Since, several unsuccessful attempts have been made to simplify online gaming with a die expression parser that accepts dice expressions as they are published in the rpg manuals.
